1. Information We Collect

When you visit our website, register for a live demo, or order a cloud hosting workspace, we collect the following limited categories of information:

Account Registration Data: Contact person name, official email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, company name, and GSTIN (if applicable).
Billing & Transaction Details: Subscription plan selected, invoice history, payment confirmation receipts (we do not store raw credit/debit card numbers; payments are processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways).
Technical Telemetry: IP address, browser type, operating system version, and cloud login session timestamps used strictly for security monitoring and audit compliance.

2. Treatment of Customer Accounting Data

Customer accounting databases (including Tally `.900`, `.tsf`, and company folder contents) uploaded to our cloud servers are treated as confidential, privileged information.

Mieux Technologies provides secure hosting containers and storage pipelines. We do not inspect, aggregate, or process your transactional data. Our systems engineers only touch your data environment when explicitly requested by you via an authorized AnyDesk or support ticket session (such as for assisted migration or backup retrieval).

3. Data Storage & Residency within India

In strict compliance with Indian data sovereignty principles and RBI / MCA guidelines, all Customer data is stored within certified enterprise datacenters located inside the borders of India:

Primary Production Nodes: Tier-4 Enterprise Datacenter, Noida NCR, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Offsite Automated Backups: Immutable AWS S3 Cloud Storage Vault located in the AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region.

4. Security Safeguards & ISO 27001 Standards

We implement bank-grade administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:

Encryption in Transit: TLS 1.3 protocol with SHA-256 ciphers for all remote desktop streaming.
Encryption at Rest: BitLocker AES-256 hardware volume encryption on all enterprise NVMe drives.
Access Governance: Role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication, and automated session timeouts.
Continuous Backups: Automated daily backups with 30-day immutable retention to prevent ransomware loss.

5. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Disclosures

Mieux Technologies Pvt Ltd will not share Customer personal or financial data with any third parties, except in the narrowest circumstances:

When required by a valid, lawful subpoena, court order, or statutory government authority under applicable Indian law.
To authorized cloud infrastructure sub-processors (such as AWS Mumbai for offsite backups) bound by strict contractual non-disclosure agreements.

6. Data Retention & Right to Deletion

You retain complete control over your data lifecycle. Upon termination or cancellation of your subscription, you may request complete, permanent purging of your company folders from our servers. After a 14-day grace window, all server instances and snapshot images are securely overwritten in accordance with DoD 5220.22-M sanitization standards.
